The spirit of creativity is certainly alive and well over at Saint Thomas Sports Park. Ran Carthon continues his wheelin’ and dealin’ by swapping some draft picks and picking up former Los Angeles Rams linebacker Ernest Jones IV. I have been guilty this offseason of saying “Ran can’t fix everything in one offseason” plenty this summer. But, when you look at the total body of work as the season quickly approaches, Carthon and company came pretty damn close. The error in my thinking was that he’d fix the linebacker problem with linebackers, and the edge rusher problem with edge rushers. But, that was a little too cut and dry on my part, and that’s where the creativity came into play.
