Puni Watch 2024
The Titans hired Scott Fuchs on Friday for the position of assistant offensive line coach. He has been coaching Offensive Lines since 1997. He is from the Kansas Jayhawks, which means we are all on #PuniWatch2024. Just what does that mean? That means no one is going to know more about the skillset of 2024 draft prospect Dominick Puni more than Fuchs.
I put Stoney onto Puni well before the end of the Titans regular season. He has never allowed a sack since moving to offensive line in High School. Never. In college that is 783 pass snaps without a sack. He played left tackle last year for the Jayhawks and at left guard the year prior. He is likely to be a guard or center in the NFL, due to less-than-ideal size (though longer than Skoronski). He played all three spots (tackle, guard, and center) at the Senior Bowl.
Just a connection to keep on your radar.
