I am finally getting around to the old guys. Bill Callahan has been coaching offensive lines since I was two years old. I was born in 1985, you do the math. Bill Callahan may be in the running as most influential non-coordinator coach.

Callahan has an extensive resume dating way, way far back, but I am a man who knows what really matters in this league: “What have you done lately?” I am not going to go all the way back to the 90s. Hell, I am not even going to go back to Callahan’s Dallas Cowboys days, that stuff is out of date at this point.
