The Tennessee Titans kicked off mandatory minicamp Tuesday, and sure enough, all players were present to begin the last phase of the offseason program before training camp. All 91 players on the Titans camp roster were present, as Brian Callahan confirmed, save for L’Jarius Sneed who continues to work through a quad injury and his off the field legal issues.
