People are mad. I get it. It is disappointing to see this team piss down its leg, fill its diaper, puke in the sink, shoot itself in the foot, step on the rake, and fold like a lawn chair each and every week. Frankly, I struggle to remember another time when the Titans were this weird. They added a lot of talent this offseason and they’ve played pretty well in flashes, but the way they’re losing games this season just isn’t making any sense. You can make a legitimate, compelling argument that this team could easily be 4-3 with a wild card spot.

These weird disconnects don’t feel sustainable. Nonetheless, I’m more worried about executing consistently. Lest we forget, Mike Vrabel also criticized players publicly for not executing in pressers. Shane Bowen criticized the communication skills of his defense at times. We called it hubris. We said he needed to be accountable. But, the reality is that most good football teams have good players.
