We made it through a second year of some of the best Tennessee Titans draft coverage out there. We got a lot still happening this week, but I will be honest, I am freaking exhausted. So, it may be a weird week with the timing of article releases as I get back into the swing of things. I do know you can expect a T’Vondre Sweat film room from Stoney this week.
Speaking of Stoney, I do want to extend a lot of “thank you’s” to people who chipped in this draft cycle or helped out a lot. What more can I say about Stoney that I haven’t in our draft guide, on air, or to people all the time. That man is a one-man wrecking crew when it comes to the draft. He ended up with 275 draft profiles for the guide and got to 300 personal evaluations in total. 233 of the players in the draft guide got drafted.
Work ethic is unmatched. In fact, instead of taking a day off on Sunday, he was polishing up the 2025 evals he’s already started and putting together a preliminary 2025 watch list. He could’ve spent Sunday taking in fresh air and resting his throat, but he decided to hole up in his office and do some work with you all in mind. We may have a lot of fun, but we take what we do seriously and we always want to provide information with integrity, accuracy, and levity…or is it brevity? I don’t know my mind is mush. But Thank You to Stoney for all of the hard work.
Thanks to Tre for putting in the work to give you guys weekly free content that is Titans related. Someone other than me should hire and pay Tre a modest salary to cover the Titans. He’s got a lot on his plate and the fact he chooses to write his stuff here is awesome.
Thanks to Paul Kuharsky. This year Paul reached out and asked me to fill in one Thursday’s once a week to help inform his audience, while expanding my brand awareness to his vast amount of followers. I’ve mentioned this several times, but I can remember being in Journalism class at the computer, hiding the fact I was in the ESPN AFC South chats he used to host asking questions about the Titans. So, when he reached out to ask if I would do it, I immediately shifted our content schedule here and jumped at the chance. I appreciate, and am humbled, that he values the work I do and doesn’t lump it in with just other stuff. If you want to see me more at PK.com, reach out to me or PK and sponsor me!
Thanks to Braden Gall and Mike Herndon, who put up with my shit and calling them idiots and losers for their horrible takes constantly. Although I am almost always right, and they’re almost always wrong, they still choose to do shows with my every week for some reason. In all seriousness, I don’t know how anyone puts up with me let alone those two. While sometimes I dread recording cause I am just not feeling it, by the time the show starts that dread is gone, in part, to those two.
Special Shoutout, not really a thanks, but more of an appreciation post, to Easton and JT. Both have put out some exceptional draft content and put in work attending both the Senior Bowl and Combine. They then put up with hungover Stoney and myself for over 7 hours. So, props to these young, ascending talents.
Special thanks to a few of the readers/watchers: Half-Batch Paul, who came up to me and recognized me in public. First time ever it’s happened to me and my ego ate it up. Mac (@BonafideBro/Section240), who not only has been a day one guy, but helped with graphic design, advice, and also, regularly promotes our stuff on his Titans YouTube Channel. Logan Grady gets a special nod as well, he has asked a lot of questions in the Substack Chat group (just download the app and join up), but also graciously reached out to help edit the draft guide.
If I missed anyone, don’t feel slighted, my brain is mashed potatoes still. We had Loren’s best friend and her new fiancé come in town and I still haven’t gotten quality sleep, but I march on and push through! So, thanks to anyone I missed.
