While I am out on vacation, I wanted to have kind of a brief overview of what the Tennessee Titans currently have heading into the offseason and give some advice of what I would or wouldn’t do. This won’t be a cap heavy dive or free agent/draft plan. Just a current state of the roster as it sits heading into my Senior Bowl coverage.
The Titans Estimated Cap Situation
Estimated Salary Cap: $252,010,703
Active Contracts: $141,823,245
Dead Cap: $31,837,758
Est. 2023 Rollover: $9,510,703
Est. Cap Space: $87,860,403
A few things to note if you’re looking at various sites:
Spotrac and OTC are not including Derrick Henry, Ryan Tannehill, Azeez Al-Shaair, and Sean Murphy-Bunting as dead money yet, whereas I am. Neither site are including rollover amounts yet. Neither me nor them have included any not-likely-to-be-earned incentives that were earned. (DeAndre Hopkins).
