2024 Draft Notebook: Five More Offensive Linemen
We're continuing to work our way through this loaded class of offensive tackles now that it's clear the Titans are going to need a couple.
We know that this Titans team is in desperate need of offensive tackle help. Hell, I’m not going to be mad at ‘em if they address the offensive line with their first two picks and then some next spring. The good thing is it’s a great, deep, and talented offensive tackle class that should be able to provide the Titans with a stud and some much needed depth. Since people are starting to ask me what I think about this class, I figure it’s high time I dig right into it.
Obligatory note: In case I haven’t said it already, I like to space my evals out over time. So, what you’ll read today might not necessarily be my final stance on a particular prospect. These are simply my notes from watching one game of each prospect. All of these evals are going to grow throughout the course of the season as I watch more and more film. MORE! MORE! MORE!
Cooper Beebe vs. Texas, 2023
The positions that these dudes are going to play at the Senior Bowl are all over the place. Beebe was among the first to accept his invite to Mobile, and some of the draft aggregate websites listed him at tackle in their rankings. So, I was stoked to watch one of his games. The problem? He played exclusively at left guard. I figured, “hell, I’m already committed…I’m going to have to watch this guy at some point anyway, right?” And, here we are.
